We decided to go with Output Design to hang our 55 inch TV because after calling other companies for quotesI could tell in taking with Ray he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and had the experience to get the job done right. Ray was extremely efficient and timely with regard to installing our new wall mounted tv. He spent time explaining how to navigate through the various subscription services and remotes that were needed to properly access them. When we had difficulty accessing our cable provider several days later he graciously returned to our home and spent additional time with us explaining the process. The company did a great job in mounting my tv onto my wall. They were very punctual and had all the things they needed to complete the job. After the mount I previously purchased wasn’t going to be sufficient for the job, they had a tv wall Mount that worked, on hand, that allowed to the job to completed. I hired Output Design to mount two TVs in my new apartment. Ray was very easy to communicate with during the quoting process and was actually able to schedule our appointment for the same week. He came today right on time and worked efficiently to complete both TV mounting (one was a full swivel / pivot mount which was much more complicated) and he also helped to mount and connect a soundbar and apple TV as well. Ray was very professional and friendly. I would rehire him in a second for a similar project and recommend him highly to anyone in need of TV-mounting services.
I hired the Output Design crew to do a dreaded cleanup project in my 1920's home. There were several sets of low-voltage wiring from the various owners installing security systems, ethernet, cable tv, doorbells, HVAC...etc. Much of this was carelessly run across the basement ceiling creating a hopeless mess. The Output Design crew was able to understand it all and clean it up to perfection - saving old wire where it made sense and replacing where they had to. I'm left with all wires terminated neatly in one basement room, nothing going across the ceiling, and 5 new security cameras to boot. Pricing was a touch high, but you certainly get what you pay for. I recommend Output Design without reservation.
