Quotations and Pricing

Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment Terms

To ensure timely project execution, the following payment structure applies:

• Deposit: 60% due upon acceptance of the proposal or agreement.

• Final Payment: 40% due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Client Responsibilities

To support a smooth and efficient installation process, clients agree to:

• Provide Access: Ensure our team has the necessary access to the property and work areas.

• Maintain Safety: Provide a safe working environment, free of hazards.

• Disclose Information: Inform us of any relevant structural, electrical, or technical conditions that may affect the installation.

Warranties and Guarantees

Output Design AV stands behind the quality of our workmanship and products:

• Equipment Warranty: As specified by individual manufacturers and outlined in your project documentation.

• Installation Warranty: Provided per project and detailed in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver excellence in every project, Output Design AV is not liable for:

• Indirect or Consequential Losses: Including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, data, contracts, goodwill, or business operations.

• Third-Party Products or Services: Issues arising from products, software, or services supplied by third-party manufacturers or vendors.

• Unforeseen Delays: Caused by factors outside our control such as supply chain disruptions, weather, or client-related delays.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, documentation, and digital assets provided by Output Design AV remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: With written notice, provided payment is made for all work, materials, and services completed up to the termination date.

• By Output Design AV: In cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or other justified circumstances, following reasonable prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
